The massive global investment in emerging semiconductor technologies verifies the importance in training scientists to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment. The Nano Research Group fosters interdisciplinary research that enables its members to play a vital role in shaping the future. The synergies between diverse disciplines (chemistry, physics, materials science and engineering) are the key ingredients for delivering impactful innovations and our group's commitment in working together is sustained by fortnightly seminars given by Nano Group members and occasional visitors.
